1. Code Usage

• Only one (1) Code per order can be used, regardless of the type of discount, including but not limited to automatic discounts, bundle discounts, loyal discounts, ambassador discounts, and any other valid Little Guy Racing Parts discount codes.
• Codes can only be applied to regular priced Little Guy Racing Parts merchandise and are not applicable to collaborative items or items that are on sale.
• Codes cannot be added to an order once it has already been placed.

2. Unauthorized Codes

• Little Guy Racing Parts reserves the right to void any codes deemed unauthorized. This includes instances of mass distribution, unwarranted and/or unapproved acquisition of Codes through online websites or other means that have not been expressly approved by Little Guy Racing Parts, through verifiable, written agreements.
• In the event that a Code is deemed unauthorized, Little Guy Racing Parts will notify the user of the circumstance and issue a balance due bill prior to shipping or releasing the order for fulfillment. The user will be responsible for paying the balance in a timely manner.
• If the balance is not paid within the specified time period, Little Guy Racing Parts reserves the right to cancel all or part of the order influenced by the unauthorized Code and provide a refund for the respective items affected by the unauthorized Code.

2. General Terms

• Little Guy Racing Parts reserves the right to modify or terminate this Policy at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• This Policy does not create any contractual rights or obligations between the Company and the user.
