What to Expect
At our swap meet, you can expect a wide variety of vendors offering both used and new products, including RC cars, parts, accessories, and even courses to test out your rigs. We’ll be running an exclusive 15% off discount on all LGRP retail parts during the event, making it the perfect time to stock up on what you need. All scales and RCs are welcome – everyone is into everything, so bring anything you’ve got.
There will be great food available for purchase from a local taco company, along with a local ice cream truck to keep everyone fueled throughout the day. We’ll also have music playing all day to keep the vibes high while you shop, hang out, and connect with other RC enthusiasts.
You’ll also have the chance to meet members of the RC community like Cape Crawlers and his son Axel. They’ll be filming a YouTube video during the event, so there’s a good chance you could end up featured in their upcoming content.
Vendor Registration Information
If you’re interested in setting up a table to sell parts or products, please register by clicking the register button at the top or bottom of this page. Spaces are limited.
Vendor registration is not required, but it does help us plan ahead and guarantees your vending spot.
We’ll have a total of 55 vendor spaces available. Registered vendors are guaranteed a spot as long as they arrive by 9:00 AM for load-in. Any registered vendor who has not arrived by 9:00 AM will forfeit their space, and it will be given to waiting vendors on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vendors are still welcome to show up without registering, but if we reach capacity, priority will go to those who signed up in advance.
All vendor spaces are limited to a maximum 10x10 ft footprint. We highly recommend bringing your own table and 10x10 EZ-Up canopy, as it will likely be warm during the event.
Early Arrival Recommended: Arrive early to ensure you have enough time to set up before the event begins.
No Power Available: Please plan accordingly as there will be no electrical outlets.
No Vehicles in Vending Areas: Vehicles are only allowed in vending areas if they are part of an official display setup with a proper awning.
Event Timing: No vehicles allowed inside vending zones once the event starts at 10 AM.
Load-Out: Load-out begins at 2 PM. If you need to leave earlier, please carry your items to your vehicle, which must be parked outside the event area.
Registration Guarantee: Your vending spot is guaranteed if you arrive by 9:00 AM for load-in. Late arrivals will forfeit their spot, which will be given to vendors on a first-come, first-served basis.
These guidelines are in place to keep the event running smoothly and safely for everyone.

Do I need to register to attend the swap meet?
No registration is required to attend as a buyer or visitor but we highly recommend registering as an attendee if you plan to come so we can get an idea of what the headcount will look like for this event. You can register here: Register to Attend
How do I register to be a vendor?
You can sign up using our vendor registration form register here. We’ll have 55 total vending spots available. If you register as a vendor, your spot is guaranteed as long as you arrive by 9:00 AM for load-in. If you are not here by 9:00 AM, your spot will be forfeited and given to the first-come, first-serve vendors waiting for an available space.

What types of items can vendors sell?
Vendors can sell anything RC related or fitting for the event and community. This includes used or new RC parts, cars, accessories, tools, and related hobby gear.
Is there a fee to be a vendor?
No, vendor spots are free for this event.
What scales of RC are welcome?
All scales and types of RC are welcome. Everyone is into everything, so bring anything you’ve got.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes! There will be a taco company serving food for purchase, and we’re working on having a coffee and ice cream truck on site as well. I will be warm out so we recommend making sure that you bring extra water to stay hydrated!
Will the event be canceled if it rains?
It’s very unlikely that we’ll have to cancel due to rain, but you never know these days, right? If it does look like it’s going to rain, we will be posting updates on our social media accounts to keep everyone informed.
