How long does shipping take once my order is sent out?
LGRP streamlined our standard shipping system to get you your parts within 2-5 days within the continental US. If we are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please expect a couple additional days to receive packages. If you are an international customer, it depends on the shipping carrier you choose. LGRP is working on getting international dealers so we can eliminate long shipping times and expensive costs to make an easier process for everyone. If you know of any hobby shops that would be interested in carrying our product, please have them reach out to us via our contact page on the LGRP website.
Am I able to track my package?
Yes, you can. LGRP provides a tracking number with every order so that you can keep tabs and peak through the blinds waiting for you package to arrive. When your order is fulfilled and shipped out, you will recieve a shipping confirmation email that will have your tracking number included along with other details.
How long will it take for LGRP to fulfill my order?
LGRPs goal is to get every order packaged and shipped within 24 hours of orders placed Sunday - Thursday! Orders placed friday-saturday will be shipped out on Monday. With that being said, please allow 1-3 business days for fulfillment of your order in the case of an unexpected event. If you have not recieved a shipping confirmation email by the 4th day, please email us and we will investigate the situation! (fulfillment times may differ with pre-order products/orders)
Does LGRP accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused, unopened, and unaltered. Defective items are 100% guaranteed for workmanship and quality upon delivery. If defective, LGRP will replace with equivalent parts or warranty covered under the LGRP manufactures warranty. You are free to use your preferred method of shipping when sending back an order. Please note that in most cases the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping.
