Orders received from Monday to Thursday are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. During high-demand periods such as product launches and sales, processing may take up to 3 business days. 4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total package weight, destination, and selected carrier. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 in the continental USA. Delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier and destination. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout for your convenience.

6. Order Tracking

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
For damaged or lost packages, we initiate a claim with the carrier. Please note that for lost packages, a claim can only be filed after 20 days from the shipment date due to our insurance policy.
