Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
Please fill out the return form linked here and make sure that this whole page is read before sending the product back. The return address will be provided on the Return Form Document.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may be applied depending on the condition of the returned package once inspected. Details will be provided after the evaluation.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. We must physically receive the original product before sending out a replacement.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent, Little Guy Racing Parts will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When returning items, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Instructions
Once you contact us about a return, we will provide you with a return form. This form is also available here. Please fill it out accordingly and ensure the item is packaged securely in a reinforced package with substantial padding to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for any damages that occur during transit back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please contact your bank or credit card company if you have not received your refund after this period.
