What to Expect

We're opening the doors at LGRP HQ for a full-blown swap meet and open house, and you're invited. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, trade, or just come kick it with the RC community, this is going to be a solid day.

Expect a wide variety of vendors offering used and new RC parts, cars, accessories, and gear across all scales. You'll be able to browse tables, trade parts, pick up that piece you've been hunting for, and connect face-to-face with people who share the same obsession.

20% off all LGRP retail parts during the event. If you've had your eye on something in the shop, this is the day to grab it.

All scales and all types of RC are welcome. Everyone is into everything, so bring anything you've got. Whether you're running a SCX24, TRX4M, a 1/10, a crawler, a basher, whatever. It's all good here.

Food and drinks? Covered. We'll have a local taco company on site serving food for purchase, plus an ice cream truck to keep everyone fueled. Music will be playing all day to keep the vibes up while you shop, hang out, and soak it all in. It's going to be warm out, so bring extra water and stay hydrated.

Who's Showing Up

Beyond the vendors and the community turnout, you'll also have the chance to meet Cape Crawlers and his son Axel. They'll be on site filming a YouTube video during the event, so there's a good chance you might end up featured in their upcoming content. Come say what's up and bring your best build to show off.

This is one of those events where you never know who's going to pull up. The RC community out here is tight, and when word gets around, people show up. Expect some familiar faces and a lot of new ones.

Vendor Info

Interested in setting up a table? Vendor spots are free for this event. Registration isn't required but is highly recommended. It guarantees your spot and helps us plan the layout. If you don't register, you're still welcome to show up, but if we hit capacity, priority goes to those who signed up.

10x10 ft Max

All vendor spaces are limited to a 10x10 ft footprint. Bring your own table and EZ-Up canopy.

Load-in by 9 AM

Registered vendors must arrive by 9:00 AM. Late arrivals forfeit their guaranteed spot.

No Power Available

There are no electrical outlets on site. Plan accordingly for your setup.

No Vehicles in Zones

No vehicles allowed in vending areas once the event starts at 10 AM. Load-out begins at 2 PM.

Vendors can sell anything RC related or fitting for the event and community. Used or new parts, cars, accessories, tools, hobby gear. If it belongs in the RC world, it's welcome.

Nope. No registration required to come as a buyer or visitor. That said, we highly recommend registering as an attendee so we can get a headcount for planning. It takes 30 seconds: Register to Attend.
Sign up through our Vendor Registration Form. We've got 55 total vending spots. If you register, your spot is guaranteed as long as you arrive by 9:00 AM for load-in. Walk-up vendors are welcome too, but if we're at capacity, registered vendors get priority. Spots are limited to a 10x10 ft max footprint.
