We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Processing Time:
Under normal volume, we aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). However, during times of high volume, such as during product drops, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holidays in general, it may take up to 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. This processing time applies regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout, including Priority Mail. Note that we pack and ship orders in the order that they are received in our system to ensure fairness of our customers.
Once your order leaves the Little Guy Racing Parts warehouse, it is entrusted to reliable shipping companies to ensure safe and undamaged delivery. However, please be aware that we do not have control over what happens after your order is dispatched. Occasionally, packages may get lost or accidents may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If you encounter any problems with your order or shipment, we recommend that you first contact your shipping carrier directly for the quickest and most up-to-date information regarding your package. The shipping carrier will be able to provide you with detailed tracking updates and assistance with any delivery-related inquiries. If you have reached out to the shipping carrier and are still facing issues or require further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We understand the importance of your order and will investigate the situation promptly, doing our best to rectify any issues that may have arisen during shipping. All claims for misplaced, lost, or damaged packages are the responsibility of the customer to file with their selected shipping carrier.
For most U.S. orders, we utilize shipping services such as USPS First-Class, First-Class Package, Priority Mail, or UPS, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance with authorized Little Guy Racing Parts personnel. Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the destination. Therefore, shipping prices can vary for each order and will be calculated at the time of checkout. We can ship to valid U.S. P.O. Boxes. In general, most orders are expected to arrive within 2-6 business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
International Orders Outside the U.S.:
International orders may be shipped via DHL, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping times for international orders vary significantly depending on the destination country. Typically, packages arrive within 7-30 business days, but please note that this is not guaranteed. If there are specific circumstances or considerations that may affect shipping to your country, please contact us, and we will assist you accordingly. Please be aware that international and out of continental U.S. orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions due to the higher cost of international shipping. To ensure better tracking, we highly recommend using UPS or DHL for international shipments. All international orders placed through the USPS carrier option are unable to be tracked after the package as left the continental U.S. customs clearance center. Please understand that we cannot be held liable for any packages shipped internationally through USPS.
Canceling/Changing Your Order:
We take pride in our industry-leading shipping times, which means that most of the time, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been placed, especially during high volume periods. This also includes adding a discount code after an order has been placed. However, once you receive your order, you can initiate a return for a refund or exchange following our instructions via email on exchanges. Please note that when shipping internationally with USPS, tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the continental U.S. To ensure better tracking, we highly recommend using UPS or DHL for international shipments.
